Raymond P. Giant Slayer. Niro has successfully litigated against many of the biggest law firms in the country, including Kirkland & Ellis, Latham & Watkins, Reed Smith, and many others. In one current patent infringement case, for example, Niro won an IPR (with all claims being confirmed without amendment) against Greenberg Traurig (2,700 attorneys) who was then replaced in the case by Fish & Richardson (400 attorneys); then, after Niro succeeded on claim construction, and defeated summary judgment of non-infringement, Fish & Richardson was replaced by Quinn Emmanual (1,100 attorneys).
